Exchange
You may exchange any item in its
original with all tag label attach in an unused condition within 30 days of the shipment date.
The product(s) will be inspected
upon receipt. All exchanges must be in resalable condition and all original
packaging (including invoice) must be in place. No exchange will be issued if
the product shows signs of use. Exchanges will ship out as soon as we receive
the original order.
We checked our products before sending to our customer, for some reasons if you received a damange items, please send the damage items back to us within 3 days of received, we will base on the post mark by postal service. Since this is a small package, US Postal Service - First Class is the rate we will credit back to our customer for damage product return for exchange only
First time exchange is FREE, second time exchange need to include $3.00 check
for Shipping and Handling.
Note: For Customer who want to
exchange Clip on, please also trace (draw) the lenses of your eyeglasses on a piece of
paper and send back along with the item you want to exchange.
Return
You may return any item in its
original with all tag, or label attach in an unused condition for a refund within 30 days of the shipment date.
The product(s) will be
inspected upon receipt. All returns must be in the condition you received them
and in the original box and/or packaging (including invoice) for full credit to
be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of
used. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by
customer. Once we have received your return at our warehouse, we will refund
your credit card and send you an email stating that your return is completed.
Credits normally take 5-10 business days to appear on your credit card statement.
Return after 30 days period will not be acceptable.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
